Mike Greco serves dual roles as both the Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Risk Services and President of Patriot’s property/casualty subsidiary TPA, Corporate Claims Management, Inc. In his role, he provides national claims management and oversight of all Workers' Compensation, Liability, and Property claims administered by Patriot Risk Services and CCMI, overseeing 200+ claims personnel in six offices throughout the United States.
A graduate of the University of Missouri – St. Louis, Mr. Greco started his claims career in 1981 as a multi-line field adjuster for Farmers Insurance Group and then Kemper Group. Mr. Greco’s career in the TPA arena began in 1985, working for Alexsis and Crawford & Company as the manager of the St. Louis office for both of these national firms. He was chosen as Alexsis Employee of the Year in 1987 and was twice awarded Crawford & Company’s prestigious Peak Performer Award in 1991 and 1992 for excellence in claims management for both firms. He founded Corporate Claims Management in 1992 focusing on self-insured and large-deductible workers’ compensation, liability and property claims administration programs throughout the Midwest. After 24 years at the helm of CCMI, Mr. Greco became a part of the Patriot National family in April 2015 upon Patriot’s acquisition of Corporate Claims Management, fulfilling Patriot’s strategic initiative to broaden its expertise and service offerings to include multi-line claims administration. He was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Patriot Risk Services in August 2015. Throughout his career, Mr. Greco has spoken at several national and regional PRIMA conferences, various self-insurance organization annual conferences, and RIMS events on various claims management related topics.
